Upliance.Ai launches its next-generation AI-powered cooking solution in India with over 750 preset recipes

The Upliance 2.0 is 40% faster than the first-generation model and supports heating up to 160°C, enabling browning and frying. It includes a new glass lid with a virtual flame indicator to replicate traditional cooking cues. A built-in weighing scale with macro tracking measures calories, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, helping users monitor nutritional intake.

The device also introduces improved motor control for chopping and stirring, along with mobile app integration for remote cooking control. Once recipes are synced, they can be accessed offline, ensuring uninterrupted use.

The recipe library features more than 750 guided recipes, including everyday Indian meals such as dal, sabzi, rasam, and biryani, as well as global dishes like pasta, risotto, hummus, and Thai curry. All recipes are developed and tested in-house for consistency.

UpAI allows recipe customisation with options such as low-oil, high-protein, high-fibre, kid-friendly, and Jain variants, catering to households with diverse dietary preferences.

For ease of use, most cooking is designed to take place in a single jar, with detachable blades and lid for simple cleaning. The glass lid is heat-resistant and food-safe, while all accessories are made from certified food-grade materials.
