Weighing 187g, the Oppo Reno 14 5G is lighter than the T4 Ultra’s 192g. It also boasts IP68 water and dust resistance versus the T4 Ultra’s IP64 splash resistance.
Processor and speed
The T4 Ultra runs on the faster MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chip, compared to the Reno 14 5G’s Dimensity 8350. This gives the Vivo an edge in performance for gaming and multitasking.
Camera setup
Both phones offer triple 50MP rear cameras, but the T4 Ultra includes a periscope telephoto lens with 3x zoom. The Oppo Reno 14 5G, on the other hand, shines in selfies with a 50MP front camera that also supports 4K video.
Battery size and charging
The Reno 14 5G leads with a 6000mAh battery, while the T4 Ultra offers 5500mAh. Vivo supports faster charging at 90W, compared to Oppo’s 80W.
Storage and RAM features
Both phones come with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, but the T4 Ultra also supports 8GB of virtual RAM and uses UFS 3.1 storage for faster performance.
Software and cooling
AI features, 5G, and in-display fingerprint sensors are standard. But Vivo’s advanced cooling system may provide better thermal control during heavy use.
