What’s new with the OLED evo and QNED evo TVs
LG’s 2025 TVs are powered by a new AI processor called Alpha AI Gen2, which focuses on personalising the TV experience. The TVs come with a new AI Magic Remote featuring a dedicated AI button for easier voice commands. Features like AI Welcome and AI Voice ID help the TV recognise individual users and suggest content based on their preferences.
For picture quality, the OLED evo models use upgraded brightness technology that improves screen clarity even in bright rooms. There are also new features like Filmmaker Mode with Ambient Light Compensation and support for Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos for a more cinematic experience. The TVs also offer 11.1.2 virtual surround sound for clearer, richer audio.
The QNED evo models combine Mini LED tech with AI improvements, offering better brightness and deeper blacks. These TVs also include AI features that adjust picture and sound based on what’s playing and your viewing environment. Gamers will also benefit from 4K 165Hz refresh rate support in OLED evo models, along with features like G-SYNC and FreeSync Premium for smoother gaming.
All models will run on LG’s latest webOS platform, promising a more user-friendly and personalised interface.
