Garmin has introduced the Instinct 3 series smartwatches in India, featuring AMOLED and solar-powered displays, a metal-reinforced bezel, and a built-in LED flashlight. The latest models aim to offer durability, advanced navigation, and smart connectivity for outdoor enthusiasts, fitness users, and adventurers.
Garmin Instinct 3 series: Features
The Instinct 3 series is available in two variants—AMOLED and solar-powered. The AMOLED model offers up to 24 days of battery life, while the solar variant provides unlimited battery life under optimal sunlight exposure. Both models feature a metal-reinforced bezel, fiber-reinforced polymer case, and scratch-resistant display, meeting MIL-STD 810 standards for thermal, shock, and water resistance up to 100 meters.
For outdoor navigation, the smartwatch supports multi-band GPS, SatIQ™ technology, and ABC sensors (altimeter, barometer, and compass). The TracBack® routing feature helps users retrace their path, making it suitable for hiking and trekking.
A built-in LED flashlight provides adjustable brightness levels, a red light mode, and a strobe function for visibility in low-light environments. The Instinct 3 series offers heart rate monitoring, a Pulse Ox sensor, HRV status tracking, sleep analysis, and stress tracking. Women’s health features include menstrual cycle tracking and pregnancy insights. The smartwatch supports various sports and fitness modes, including hiking, running, swimming, cycling, skiing, and strength training. On-screen animated workout suggestions and Garmin Coach assist users in achieving their fitness goals.
Garmin Instinct 3 series: Price in India
The Instinct E starts at Rs 35,990, while the Instinct 3 model is priced from Rs 46,990. The smartwatches are available for purchase via the Garmin India website and select retail stores. The Instinct 3 series is available in two sizes—45mm and 50mm. Color options include Black, Black/Charcoal, and limited-edition variants such as Neotropic and Neotropic/Twilight.
