Asus launches new Vivobook AI laptops in India with AMD Ryzen AI processors
Asus has expanded its AI PC portfolio in India with the launch of the Vivobook S14 (M3407KA) and Vivobook 14 (M1407KA). The company also introduced refreshed versions of the Vivobook 15 (X1504VA) and Vivobook 14 (X1407CA). The new models are powered by the latest AMD Ryzen AI processors with dedicated NPUs and include Copilot+ PC experiences along with built-in Asus AI applications.
Features and performance The Vivobook S14 and Vivobook 14 are equipped with up to the AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 processor, paired with an NPU delivering up to 50 TOPS for AI workloads. Both laptops come preloaded with Windows Studio Effects, Live Captions, and Asus’s StoryCube app, offering AI-driven productivity and creativity tools. Asus IceCool thermal technology and fan profiles in the MyASUS app ensure consistent performance even during long usage sessions.
Design and display The Vivobook S14 sports a slim 1.59cm body weighing 1.4kg, featuring a metal sandwich design with CNC-engraved branding. It comes with a 14-inch OLED display, FHD+ resolution, 95% DCI-P3 colour gamut, and an 86% screen-to-body ratio. The Vivobook 14 is also lightweight at 1.46kg with a 14-inch FHD+ display, TÜV Rheinland certification for reduced eye strain, and military-grade durability.
Battery, connectivity, and security The Vivobook S14 offers up to 23 hours of battery life on a 70Wh battery with fast Type-C charging, while the Vivobook 14 includes a 42Wh battery with 65W fast charging. Both laptops feature multiple I/O ports, including HDMI and dual USB-C options. Security features include FHD IR cameras with privacy shutters, Windows Hello login, and Microsoft Pluton security chips.
Price and availability The Asus Vivobook 14 (M1407KA) is priced at Rs 65,990, while the Vivobook S14 (M3407KA) costs Rs 75,990. The refreshed Vivobook 14 (X1407CA) is available at Rs 42,990, and the Vivobook 15 (X1504VA) at Rs 70,990. The models will be sold via Amazon, Flipkart, and Asus’s official e-shop in India.
