Virat Kohli urged to return after India’s win by former England batter: 'He’d take No.3 if Shubman Gill…’

According to the former England batsman Trott, Virat Kohli's post for Indian cricket team is an indication that he misses being in the dressing room.

It's the second post in two days. Even though he has retired from Test cricket, Virat Kohli appears to be making a comeback in the India vs England series. It was refreshing to see Kohli's initial post on Day 4, which only included Shubman Gill.

Unlike Rohit Sharma, Kohli had lost all social media presence since attending the contentious victory parade of the Royal Challengers Bengaluru, and it seemed as though he would never come out. Gill made a double-century in the first innings at Edgbaston, Jasprit Bumrah took five wickets, and five hundreds were scored at Leeds, but there was no post from Kohli.

Up until a post on Saturday reassured followers that he was keeping up with the series. What if he isn't playing Test cricket for India anymore? As a lot of people say these days, he is everywhere. But following India's 336 run victory against England, the second post was quite typical.
