MS Dhoni is regarded as one of the best in business but Captain Cool suddenly finds himself in hot water over his alleged fondness for Hookah. In the clip, Pathan spoke about his sudden exile from the Indian team, during which he took a veiled dig at the former India skipper.
"I don't have a habit of setting up hookah in someone's room or talking about this. Everyone knows. Sometimes if you don't speak about it, it's better. A cricketer's job is to perform on the field and that is what I used to focus on," Pathan can be heard saying in the clip.
Internet was quick to connect the dots as many expressed the comments were targeted at Dhoni although no names were mentioned. A day later, the subject still continues to buzz online and interestingly old photo, video, and past interview linking Dhoni and his fondness for Hookah has resurfaced online.

George Bailey's old interview on Dhoni
An old media interaction of Australian cricketer George Bailey, who was previously part of the Chennai Super Kings setup, has resurfaced where he discussed Dhoni's fondness for Hookah.
"He likes smoking a bit of the sheesha or the hookah. So, he quite often would set that up in his room, and it was very much open-door policy. You would go in and quite often find a lot of younger players there. For India or a lot of other cricket teams, it can be hierarchical, but he certainly broke that down," Bailey is quoted as saying by several media publications.
"You just find yourself in his room late at night chatting inevitably about the game or about different facets of the game or about different people and with different people it's a great way to break down barriers."
