Team India stalwarts Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul have been putting in intense hours at the BCCI Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru as they prepare for future international challenges. Both players were seen giving their all in training sessions, combining fitness drills with skill-based work.

With Rohit having stepped away from Test and T20I cricket, his attention is now solely fixed on excelling in the ODI format. The Indian skipper is focused on refining his batting and maintaining peak fitness. Meanwhile, Rahul, known for his versatility across all three formats, continues to adapt seamlessly to every role handed to him. The BCCI recently released a video showcasing the duo’s training. Inside the gym, they were guided by professional trainers through strength and conditioning routines designed to build endurance and agility. Out in the nets, both cricketers worked on their batting, practicing against varied conditions that the Centre of Excellence provides to simulate match scenarios.
