One X user, who posted the video, wrote: “Imagine being the guy who helps the PM run the economy, cosplays as a 10th–century shipbuilder, rewrites history textbooks, and then break dances on Ram bhajans. Yeah, that’s @sanjeevsanyal.”

The post quickly prompted reactions from viewers. One commenter remarked: “What an event and what energy! He is one of those mortals who has brilliance even in his nails! It was such joy witnessing this in person.”

Another user compared Sanyal’s demeanour to that of someone much younger, saying: “When I see him in videos, I see a 20–something boy enjoying various aspects of his life. Incredible writer – helped me unlearn so many things.” Others wrote: “Wow! Sirji’s got moves,” while another added: “One of the great young minds, we need more like him.”
