In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Deepak Amitabh, chairman and managing director, PTC India said that UP distribution companies have cleared outstanding dues worth Rs 750 crore with the company.
He further added that these discoms are also planning to clear all the surcharges. Meanwhile, PTC India has no outstansdings with other three discoms - Haryana, Rajasthana and Tamil Nadu, where bailout packages have been signed.
