The two-day Hero Mindmine summit began with Sunil Kant Munjal, Chairman, Hero Corporate Services welcoming the attendants and dignitaries at the 8th Mindmine Summit.

He said people tell us this is one of the truly independent summits that takes place in Delhi, not connected to any media house or any one specific industry association and is able to take up contemporary issues to discuss year after year. The second day of the summit began with a session titled ‘Return of Regionalism: Are the States Ruling Delhi?’ Discussing this issue were distinguished panelists Omar Abdullah, Chief Minister, Jammu & Kashmir (J&K), Dinesh Trivedi, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha, Vinod Kumar Duggal, Member of National Disaster Management, Meera Shankar, Former India's Ambassador to the United States of America (USA), Aditi Phadnis, Political Editor, Business Standard and Rajiv Pratab Rudy, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha.
