CNBC-TV18 and Hindustan Unilever Limited launched Lessons in Marketing Excellence (LIME) season 4 to recognise India's brightest aspiring managers. Two teams from XLRI Jamshedpur battle it out for a spot in the semifinal round.

XLRI or Xaviers Labour Resource Institute was setup in 1949 and is the oldest school of management in the country. This institute’s performance on LIME has hardly been consistent over the years. It stood eighth in Season 1 moved up to fifth place in Season 2 and slipped down again to ninth place in Season 3. It will be interesting to see if they do better than that this time around.
