Rippling co-founder praises team at new crypto startup for working post 10 pm: 'No one told them to stay'

Indian-origin entrepreneur Prasanna Sankar, best known as the co-founder and former Chief Technology Officer of the HR technology company Rippling, shared a note of appreciation for his new startup team, praising their commitment to work late into the night.

In a recent post, Sankar uploaded a photograph from the office of his new venture, 0xPPL, showing employees engaged in work at 10 pm. He wrote, “It’s 10pm and the entire office is alive. No one told them to stay. Blessed to be working with a team of owners.” He added that the crypto startup was still hiring and inviting applications from new candidates.

Later, he shared another post mentioning that pizzas had been delivered to the office to keep the team energised through the long work session.

Sankar, who co-founded Rippling in San Francisco, had stepped down from his role and left the company in 2020. Speaking to Forbes in October 2025, he said he had since sold off his stake in the firm, explaining that he had “divested his shares over the years”.
