Expect higher demand for inverter ACs & 5-star power-rated ACs: Vijay Sales

The soaring mercury levels have taken the stocks of air conditioners and fan companies to new highs.

In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Nilesh Gupta, Managing Partner of Vijay Sales spoke about the sales outlook and inventory picture. Gupta expects maximum demand coming for inverter air conditioners and 5-star power-rated air conditioners.

Vijay Sales have 35-37 brands competing in the air-conditioner segment, he added.
