An IRCTC pantry staff was recently caught on camera selling Rs 15 Rail Neer bottles of mineral water for Rs 20 at an express train running from Gandhidham Junction in Gujarat to Kamakhya Junction in Assam.

A clip shared on X shows the staff first selling the bottle to commuters for Rs 20 and on being questioned why he was charging Rs 5 extra, the man fumbles and later returns the change to the commuter.

The incident appears to have taken place aboard Kamakhya Express.
