Tata Innovista: The birth and life

The Tata Group in its over 140 years of existence has always endeavoured to deliver new products and technologies to the country and its people. The group has tried to achieve this by focusing their energies on excellence, be it in products or processes. To further fuel innovation, in the early part of the last decade, the Tata Group had constituted the Tata Group innovation forum (TGIF) with a singular focus of channelling the spirit of innovation amongst its group companies and Tata Innovista awards was created by TGIF to recognise and reward the most innovative teams from Tata companies.
