Adipurush writer Manoj Muntashir apologises amid row over dialogues: ‘With folded hands...'

Adipurush dialogue writer Manoj Muntashir took to Twitter to issue an apology for hurting people's emotions after almost a month of the film's release.

Adipurush might have released almost a month ago but it is still making headlines. The film directed by Om Raut was loosely adapted from Ramayana and was slammed by the masses. According to viewers, the dialogues were “cringeworthy” and hurt the sentiments of audiences. Now, the dialogue writer of the film, Manij Muntashir, has issued an apology for the same.

Muntashir was receiving threats, hate messages and was being trolled all over social media. On July 8, he took to Twitter to apologise to the masses. “I accept people’s emotions have been hurt by Adipurush. With folded hands, I extend my unconditional apologies,” he wrote in a post on Twitter that has gone viral online.

“May Prabhu Bajrang Bali keep us united and grant us strength to serve our sacred Sanatan and our great nation,” Muntashir continued.
