Surgical strike by the Indian Army on Wednesday night is a defining moment for the country as this is the first time that the Army crossed across the Line of Control (LoC) to strike, says former Finance and Foreign Minister Yashwant Sinha. “The strike was at a place and a time of our choice,” Sinha says, adding, the message has been sent that India will strike and strike hard.
