Society needs to change its mindset: Aamir on pay equality

From the world of cinema in a CNBC-TV18 exclusive, Bollywood's Mr Perfectionist, Aamir Khan, today in an interaction with Rajeev Masand spoke up about the ongoing debate about the pay disparity in the cinema industry. He batted for equal pay but warned that for that to happen, the patriarchal mindset of the society needs to change.
