6 countries question India on anti-dumping action at WTO

China has told the World Trade Organisation that it is concerned about anti-dumping probe initiated by India on its steel. It has maintained that even unrelated companies are being questioned by India.

China has told the World Trade Organisation that it is concerned about anti-dumping probe initiated by India on its steel. It has maintained that even unrelated companies are being questioned by India. India has started 18 anti-dumping probes on Chinese steel. Not only China, Japan and Ukraine have also questioned India’s anti-dumping duty on steel saying the probes aren’t WTO compliant.A total of six countries have questioned India on anti-dumping action at WTO.

The European Union has told the WTO it has serious doubts about India’s anti-dumping probe in the rubber industry.
