Did the SAARC summit improve Indo-Pak relations?

The SAARC summit at the Maldives seems to have produced fresh bonhomie and even new hope for Indo-Pakistan relations.

Q: Do you believe that this SAARC summit at the Maldives has witnessed significant improvements in Indo-Pak relations or is this simply a mood of euphoria created that possibly unwarranted rhetoric? Khan: I wouldn
