"I want to assure every student and youth in the country that the government is deeply committed to preventing such incidents. We are taking decisive steps to fulfill our responsibilities with utmost urgency. Those who jeopardize the future of our youth will face strict consequences. Arrests are ongoing across the country in connection with the NEET case. The central government has already enacted stringent legislation, and we are taking necessary measures to enhance the entire examination system", he said.
PM Modi commenced his response to the Motion of Thanks to the President's Address in the Lok Sabha around 4 pm today, amid protests from the Opposition who entered the Well of the House demanding justice for Manipur.
Lashing out at LoP Rahul Gandhi during his address, the Prime Minister stated, "Jab yeh baalak buddhi poori tarah sawaar ho jati hai toh sadan mein bhi kisi ke gale pad jate jai. Yeh baalak buddhi jab apni seemaye kho deti hai, toh sadan ke andar baithke aankhein maarte hain..."
At the beginning of his address, PM Modi praised his government's initiatives and policies, stating that the opposition failed to implement the Constitution in Jammu and Kashmir, citing the impact of Article 370 on people's rights.
