Citing Islamic solidarity, Pakistan tried to derail the visit of the Indian delegation on Operation Sindoor to Malaysia, according to a report by NDTV. However, Kuala Lumpur rejected Islamabad's interference.

The Pakistani embassy reportedly urged Malaysian officials to cancel the Indian delegation's programmes but the delegation received full support. All programmes of the delegation proceeded as planned, according to the NDTV report. Pakistan had raised the Kashmir issue, but this did not cut ice.
