India, Singapore agree to make knowledge, skill development key pillar of strategic partnership

India and Singapore on Monday agreed to create opportunities for lifelong learning, building a future-ready workforce, and making knowledge and skill development a key pillar of strategic partnership, according to the Ministry of Education. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan is on a three-day visit to Singapore to strengthen existing ties and to explore the possibility of widening the scope of bilateral engagement in education and skill development. Pradhan met various key ministers of the Singapore Government and visited Spectra Secondary School on Monday.

Cheetah revival project officials to be sent on study tours to Namibia, SA, says Union forest minister

Record production of 4.02 lakh tonnes of manganese ore by MOIL in the 4th quarter of FY 2022-23

In Q4 FY 2022-23, MOIL produced 4.02 lakh tonnes of manganese ore, marking a 7% growth over the previous year. Sales improved to 3.91 lakh tonnes, a 3% increase. Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide (EMD) sales revenue surged by 48% YoY. FY'23 recorded the company's second-highest production ever.
