On December 6, 2016 G V Krishna Reddy sold 2,37,13,536 shares of at Rs 5.70 and G V Sanjay Reddy sold 4,26,84,357 shares of GVK Power at Rs 5.70 on the NSE.Also, Krishnaram Bhupal sold 2,84,56,241 shares at Rs 5.70.However, Vertex Projects LLP bought 9,48,54,134 shares at Rs 5.70.On Tuesday, GVK Power & Infrastructure ended at Rs 5.70, up Rs 0.05, or 0.88 percent on the NSE.
