Moneycontrol BureauShares of agri-related companies rose on Wednesday as Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in his Union Budget 2017-18 has announced Rs 5000 crore worth dedicated micro irrigation fund is to be set up by NABARD.The government fixed agri credit at a record of Rs 10 lakh crore and committed to double farmer income in next five years.At 11:36 hrs Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals was quoting at Rs 83 up 2.85 percent and Coromandel International was quoting at Rs 329.25, up 5.19 percent.Deepak Fertilizers was quoting at Rs 264.10, up 5.94 percent and Jain Irrigation Systems was quoting at Rs 95.50, up 0.95 percent on the BSE.Posted by Rakesh Patil
