Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "Arvind has topped out for the medium-term. It is very unfortunate because Arvind had a smart and remarkable rally but that is over with. It has made a large bearish head and shoulder now. In a bull market, these head and shoulder patterns on the down side may not work completely. But the sense is that it is going down. How much lower we do not know. It is probably a positional sell in this bullish environment. That is a pity."

At 10:02 hrs Arvind was quoting at Rs 249.30, up Rs 3.30, or 1.34 percent. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 250.45 and an intraday low of Rs 247.50.
