Moneycontrol BureauShares of National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) advanced 4 percent intraday Wednesday as it has bagged work order worth of Rs 2149 crore.The company has bagged an order from India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), Department of Commerce, Government of India, for redevelopment of Pragati Maidan, New Delhi including construction of Integrated Exhibition cum Convention Centre (IECC). The company is going to announce its September-December quarter results on February 10, 2015.Earlier, in this month the company had received an order worth Rs 294.8 crore from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi.At 11:00 hrs National Buildings Construction Corporation was quoting at Rs 961.60, up Rs 30.65, or 3.29 percent on the BSE.Anoop Kumar Mittal, CMD, NBCC in an interview to CNBC-TV18 said the company will get project consultancy charges of around Rs 150 crore (7% of project cost) from the above order.
They will start work on the project in Q3FY17.
