Sudip Bandopadhyay, Market Expert told CNBC-TV18, "We like Oberoi Realty quite a bit. I think it is a fantastic company and with their Worli property sale starting, I think the performance will keep improving. We also like Godrej Properties. I think it is a good company. One has to be little careful at what valuation you are entering but otherwise it is a good stock to enter." "I think there are some of these companies which are good but you have to be generally little careful before you enter the real estate space. There are enough and more companies which probably an investor should not touch even at this stage," he said.
