JPMSL offloads 0.6% stake in S Kumars Nationwide

JPMSL (account Copthall Mauritius Investment) offloaded 0.6 percent stake in S Kumars Nationwide on Friday through a block deal.

JPMSL, which was holding 8.08 percent as of September 2013, sold 17,84,601 equity shares at Rs 5 apiece.

The shareholder had also sold 15.2 lakh equity shares at Rs 6.10 apiece in November. Hence, its stake in the company declined to 6.97 percent from 8.08 percent.

On Friday, S Kumars Nationwide's stock closed at Rs 5, up 2.04 percent amid large volumes on the NSE. Market capitalisation of the company currently stands at Rs 148.70 crore.
