P Phani Sekhar of Karvy Stock Broking told CNBC-TV18, "One saw that with liberalisation in the insurance sector, ICICI Bank must have been one of the biggest beneficiaries but investors should view this more as an opportunity rather than any sign of worry. At around 1.7 - 1.8 times it still is one of the cheapest large private sector banks available. Yes, the growth is not as good as its peers but at the valuations that you are paying it is still a good bet and one of the best proxies if you believe that over the next three to five years India will grow. So, I will not be worried as a long term investor."
