Hold Rolta, target Rs 104: Gaurav Bissa

Gaurav Bissa of LKP Securities told CNBC-TV18, "Rolta India is trading below the majority of averages and those averages are placed above Rs 100 odd levels. So, it would be difficult for Rolta to cross and sustain Rs 100 kind of levels. There is a possibility, it may go towards Rs 100-104 in the next one month.""If you look at the daily charts, it has taken support on multiple occasions from around Rs 88-90 levels. For three to six months, Rs 88-90 levels can be held as stoploss and whenever the bounces has been seen from these levels, they have been to the tune of Rs 115-120 kind of levels. One can initially target Rs 115 on this stock which if held can lead this stock to much higher levels, somewhere around, I am looking at charts and Rs 135 is also quite possible. But for now, for a very short-term trader, Rs 92-93 can be held as a stoploss, play for a target of Rs 104," he said. "The risk reward would be better suited for 3-6 month timeframe, than what would be suited for a month timeframe, because there is not much difference in the stoploss, Rs 88 I am talking about a six month stoploss which is not very deep from what the short-term stoploss of Rs 92 is. But the targets are way ahead. I am talking about Rs 135 kind of level. So, the risk reward is favourable for longer term view or medium-term view, not the short-term view," he added.
