Shahina Mukadam, Independent Market Expert told CNBC-TV18, "One should hang on in Crompton Greaves and even going forward from here on both the segments are doing well. Even if you see as the economy picks up both the local transmission and distribution (T&D) business of the existing Crompton Greaves should do better and after the demerger, I think the balance sheet is cleaner. So, I believe that there could be while the turnover may be impacted but on the EBITDA front, on the profitability front they should do better."She further added, "In valuation wise, I think if you look at Crompton Greaves as well as the other consumer division I think the consumer business both are still attractively valued. For a pure Crompton Greaves I would give a target of Rs 78 which is still an upside from here. Definitely one can keep a stoploss of Rs 74."
