Hold ACC, advises Mihir Jhaveri

Mihir Jhaveri, cement analyst at Religare Capital Markets told CNBC-TV18, "We have a hold rating on ACC. Our target is Rs 1560. We prefer UltraTech Cement over ACC because of its consistent delivery. UltraTech is far better compared to what we have seen in the volatile EBITDA per tonne for ACC. Therefore, we believe that could be a preferred bet compared to ACC."

At 09:27 hrs UltraTech Cement was quoting at Rs 3,022, up Rs 20.10, or 0.67 percent. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 3,031.75 and an intraday low of Rs 3,017.95.
