Avinash Gorakshakar, Market Expert told CNBC-TV18, "In GVK Power & Infrastructure kind of stocks, there is nothing which can qualify as a fundamental buy because the kind of debt on the balance sheet, even for the new Mumbai airport, they will have to fund it largely from debt and this is a project which is going to have a very high gestation period. So I would presume that the investors should exit on every rise.""I wouldn't be surprised that at least for the next 12-18 months there are not going to be any significant triggers by which the stock could get rerated. It largely remains to be a trading play. Therefore, shift the capital in something more efficient and where earnings as well as the business model is much stronger," he added.
