BF Investment, a Kalyani Group company, is a debt free entity formed by demerging investment business of the BF Utilities. Did you know that the company trades at over 80 percent of its investments and has accumulated surplus of nearly 70 percent of its market capital. Yet, it does not pay any dividend. The total market capital of the company is Rs 475 crore. Its total investment value, including those in stocks, assets and subsidiary is Rs 2,700 crore. BF Investments has stake in the Kalyani Group companies, some direct and some via KSL Holdings. It also has stake in Khed Economic Infrastructure.Watch video for more.
