Datamatics Global up 3%, to acquire full control of subsidiary

Moneycontrol BureauShare prices of Datamatics Global Services rose 3 percent intraday Wednesday. The company is going to acquire remaining stake in its subsidiary Lumina Datamatics.The company is going to complete acquisition of Lumina Datamatics by buying remaining 26.88 percent stake for Rs 33 crore.Currently, it is holding 73.12 percent in Lumina Datamatics and post the acquisition it will become a wholly owned subsidiary of company.The said acquisition is likely to be completed on or before July 31, 2016.At 10:45 hrs Datamatics Global Services was quoting at Rs 61.10, up Rs 0.75, or 1.24 percent on the BSE.Posted by Rakesh Patil
