Kunal Bothra of LKP Securities told CNBC-TV18, "Crompton Greaves is interesting stock because over the last six months from February where it broke the 200-day moving average, today is the first sign where you are seeing the jump up over the 200-day moving average. Rs 180 is where the 200-day moving average lies, so if it closes above that today that would be a very good sign for long entry of traders. I would look for a target of at least Rs 188 given the upside momentum and look for a stop loss of Rs 176 on Crompton Greaves."
At 13:22 hrs Crompton Greaves was quoting at Rs 179.75, up Rs 3.25, or 1.84 percent. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 184.25 and an intraday low of Rs 175.30.
