Buy Sasken Communication, says Kunal Bothra

Kunal Bothra of LKP Securities told CNBC-TV18, "Firstsource Solutions (FSL) is poised for a very strong breakout. For anyone who is looking at it - the volume is a very key indicator. You look at the month of October and November, cumulative with the volumes for FSL on the long side have been pretty good. The stock has already given a decent movement in the last one and a half month and I believe that on the back of that there could be a chance that we may see a strong positive momentum going forward in the next couple of weeks. My target is more than 20 percent on stock and I believe the timeframe of at least two and a half months is what I am looking at FSL keeping a stoploss of Rs 37 on the same."He further added, "Sasken Communication Technologies just about broke out from a short-term trading pattern on the weekly charts, it has given a swing breakout and with momentum on its favour, Rs 345 is where trader can try and buy the stock. I would look at the stoploss of Rs 325 and a target of Rs 375.""KEI Industries in the mid session today only gave a very strong momentum backed with good volumes but I think the larger pattern for the stock is a bullish flat pattern. For the last three and a half months, the stock has been consolidating but with the volumes now back in favour, price coming back into action, I believe that this could be one of the few midcaps, which can show some very strong positive direction. I am looking at a target of Rs 130 keeping a stoploss of Rs 100 on the same," he said.
