The government imposed custom duty of 20 percent and 5 percent for next three years on seamless pipes which is going to be a good trigger point for a company like Maharashtra Seamless. We feel that incrementally the company is going to come out with very good numbers in the coming quarters because of this trigger. We feel that it seems to be a good buy at current price with a stoploss of Rs 340 and a target of Rs 450.

One can buy Wonderla Holidays. This company is into amusement parks. We feel that this sector is going to be in kickoff action and as far as the results for this company was concerned it came out with very good numbers. There has been a rerating and the pricing power as well as the footfalls is continuously increasing at 9-10 percent compounding for last four to five years.

One can buy Rallis India. The product portfolio of this company is well diversified and the management is also good. The company has consistently delivered returns and good numbers over the years and we feel that this looks to be a good bet in the IT space. It is a buy with a stoploss of Rs 230 and a target of Rs 275.
