Buy Kotak Mahindra Bank 840 Call, advises VK Sharma

VK Sharma of HDFC Securities told CNBC-TV18, "We have seen some position being built on Kotak Mahindra Bank yesterday although for the series positions have been cut. So, I am buying 840 Call at around Rs 14, keeping a stop loss at Rs 8 and a target of around Rs 25.""Motherson Sumi Systems has moved up yesterday. It added 3 percent price buys and 4 percent in terms of open interest (OI) and that is all it has done in this series. So, since the beginning, I am constructing a bull spread here - buying 370 Call and selling 390 Call. So I pay Rs 11 and get Rs 5, my cost comes to Rs 6 and maximum profit here will be around Rs 14,"he added.
