Akshata Deshmukh of Trading Networth Stock Broking told CNBC-TV18, "Real estate sector has always been in news for most of the times for wrong reasons. I believe that DLF on dips is a good buy although the CCI decision on DLF has impacted the stock negatively. The reasons like REITs is coming into picture now could definitely improve the prospects of the company.”
“I guess even the economy is turning around, we are talking about enhanced GDP growth, real estate sector definitely is very much a part of the economy and let us assume that the interest rate cycle is turning around sooner than later. All these interest rate sensitive sectors should do well going ahead. So I am looking at a 15-20 percent appreciation over the next eight-ten months in this stock. So on dips, it is definitely a good accumulation," she said.
