Buy Arvind 255 Call, sell 270 Call: Chandan Taparia

Chandan Taparia of Anand Rathi told CNBC-TV18, "We are expecting Arvind to move towards Rs 270 levels. That is why we are suggesting to go for the bull call spread. Buy 255 Call and sell 270 Call and in their entire strategy the risk is around four points. If the stock moves towards Rs 270 then reward is around 11 points. So we have the better risk reward ratio. If the stock moves to Rs 270 then we have the perfect potential of around Rs 22,000 per lot."

At 13:49 hrs Arvind was quoting at Rs 255, up Rs 3.20, or 1.27 percent. It has touched a 52-week high of Rs 258.20.
