Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio bought 58.47 lakh shares at Rs 334 per share, Nomura Funds Ireland PLC Nomura Funds Ireland India Equity Fund acquired 54.25 lakh equity shares at the same price, while The Master Trust Bank of Japan Ltd AC Nomura India Investment Fund Mother Fund bought 1.3 crore equity shares at the same price. Motilal Oswal Midcap fund bought 1.79 crore equity shares at an average price of Rs 344.2.
Highdell Investment sold 6.87 crore equity shares at an average price of Rs 335.86, selling 6.67 percent stake in the company. Highdell Investment held 17.59 percent stake in the company til December 2023.
Indiabulls Housing Finance: Cohesion Investments and Madhusudan Kela JV, Cohesion MK Best Ideas Sub-Trust picked up 20 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 42.47 in Indiabulls Housing Finance, buying Rs 8.49 crore worth of shares. Plutus Wealth Management LLP bought 1.14 crore shares at an average price of Rs 42.35. ACM Global Fund VCC acquired 18.53 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 42.36.
Stitching Depositary APG Emerging Markets Equity Pool sold 14.12 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 42.28. Star Funds SA SICAV SIF Star International Fund sold 36.74 lakh shares or 0.74 percent stake at an average price of Rs 42.73 in Indiabulls. VFTC- Institutional Total International Stock Market Index Trust II sold 15.37 lakh shares at Rs 42.57 per share. Vanguard Emerging Markets Stock Index Fund offloaded 29.33 lakh shares or 0.59 percent stake at the same price and Vanguard Total International Stock Index Fund sold 31.64 lakh shares or 0.64 percent stake at the same price.
Star Funds held a 2.87 percent stake, Vanguard International Stock Index Fund held 1.26 percent stake and Vanguard Emerging Market fund held 1.12 percent stake in the company.
Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works: Bandhan Mutual Fund has bought 1.47 lakh equity shares in Knowledge Marine via open market transactions at an average price of Rs 1,580.50 per share. However, promoter Kanak Sujay Kewalramani sold 1.2 lakh equity shares in the company at same price. Ace investor Ashish Kacholia holds 2.78 percent stake in the company.
Megatherm Induction: Meanwhile, Kacholia himself picked up 3.16 lakh shares at Rs 224.96 per share in recently listed Megatherm Induction, buying shares worth Rs 7.12 crore. Megatherm Induction got listed at Rs 198, a premium of 83.3 percent over the IPO price of Rs 108 on the NSE SME platform.
Avalon Technologies: HDFC Mutual Fund picked up 14.31 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 474 in Avalon Technologies. Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio sold 14.93 lakh shares or 2.27 percent equity stake at Rs 474.01 per share. Goldman Sachs held 2.33 percent stake in the company before the transaction.
Paradeep Phosphates: Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio also sold 74.74 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 76.05 in Paradeep Phosphates. Goldman Sachs offloaded 0.91 percent stake out of its 2.08 percent stake in the company.
Venus Pipes & Tubes: Pioneer Investment Fund Scheme II bought 2.53 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 1,500 while Himalaya Finance and Investment company offloaded the shares at the same price.
