However, within the cement space I would rather go with midcap cement rather than frontline cement and in that JK Lakshmi Cement and Mangalam Cement are my top picks and we continue to be bullish on these names.""It is important for auto sector to take leadership because that has been the leader since 2009 and the structure also is pointing to more highs to come. If you look at Tata Motors, it was struggling in the last few months. I think from a very long-term perspective the low it put in September is an important low. I do not think it is likely to go below it but it is not yet clear. It is going to record highs but it's going to have a good reflex rally and the current uptrend that we are seeing in the last couple of weeks, is likely to continue after a short pullback, he added.
