Gautam Trivedi, MD & CEO of Religare Capital Markets told CNBC-TV18, "I think the correction in Tata Motors has been absurd and I don’t think the company is ready in that bad shape that one single event can cause the stock to correct as much as it has. So Tata Motors clearly would be a stock I would be accumulating, not necessarily looking at exiting at this point.""In the case of Motherson Sumi -- that is not necessarily a clear analogy to what is happening with Tata Motors because it is a one single customer issue and even the Chairman of Volkswagen has clearly admitted that we screwed up and hopefully this will not happen again but USD 18 billion in terms of an absolute fine is huge and not to mention the cost of the recall but that is again a Volkswagen problem and I think Motherson is a great story, great management and if the stock falls even more, it would probably be time to buy it," he added.
