8K Miles up 16% as board to consider bonus issue, stock split

Shares of 8K Miles Software Services jumped more than 16 percent intraday Friday after the board decided to consider bonus issue and sub-division of shares during the month.

"A meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on August 24 to consider sub-division of equity shares and the issue of bonus shares to the shareholders," the company said.
