Jajoo told CNBC-TV18, "Provogue has a target of Rs 35.6 for the day. This company is into 2 segments of business, apparel retailing as well as real estate. Since when this company ventured into real estate it had no experience of these markets and as a result they got in UK based landmark group and they put in Rs 200 crore for a 25% stake valuing the real estate segment itself at Rs 800 crore."
