UBS Securities positive on L&T and BHEL

Suresh A Mahadevan, Head of India Research - UBS Securities is still positive on Larsen and Toubro (L&T) and Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL).

Mahadevan told CNBC-TV18, "We are still positive on L&T and BHEL, though we have a margin preference for BHEL given the valuations it trades at and ofcourse if you look at the midcaps, we like most names like Nagarjuna, GVK Power, Lanco. So I think those are some of the names we still like and some of the earnings still are we have waiting but clearly infrastructure as a space we like.
