Jet Airway a good pick: Diwan

Prakash Diwan, Prakash Diwan's Wealth Circle is of the view that Jet Airway is a good pick.

Diwan told CNBC-TV18, “Amongst the aviation stocks from a pure operational perspective not withstanding the possibility of FDI as and when it happens I still like Jet Airways significantly. In fact the operations itself are getting into a very profitable zone and it has come down to a level which does not make it very expensive all together so from that pack Jet Airway is a good pick.”
He further added, “But from the power side I would still go with the power finance companies whether it is Power Finance, REC because these are companies that would benefit much faster than the power producers and the ancillaries and the downstream companies. These are larger companies that would see the benefit happen. My sense is government would probably also come up with something come about with is the Shome Committee recommendations post 15 September actually would start getting into some sort of effect in terms of implementation if that happens you could probably see liquidity coming into high beta stocks which includes the power pack.”
